Good afternoon!
I am attaching the email that we sent to Strava's technical support.
This morning we started a cycling activity from Albacete city. You can check both the towns we passed through and the watts my partner was generating at all times (I don't have a power meter). Due to the storm "Oriana" currently hitting Spain, we experienced wind gusts of more than 40 km/h. Sometimes these gusts were against us, forcing us to go at less than 10 km/h, as you can see in sections between the towns of "El Pozuelo" and "San Pedro," and at other times, they were completely favorable, as was the case for the segment between "Lezuza" and "Barrax." We are attaching in the ticket we are going to submit to your "technical support" the screenshots from the "Windy" app showing the wind gusts in the area of the segment at the time the new record was set. In addition, we can attach the photos and videos we took during the route so that you can see the models of the two bicycles we used for the training. One of them is the "Colnago Y1rs World Champion Tadej Pogacar 2025," and the other is a "Vitoria Ultimate Art Di2."
Do you know if there is any mechanism for them to review that segment and approve it?
