can i request a refund for a mistaken subscription charge on my account. I accidentally subscribed to a one-year plan, and the payment was auto-deducted without my notice. Unfortunately, I used my school allowance for this transaction, and I need it back as soon as possible because i have a trip coming up.

I would advise getting the money for the trip from other sources because Strava will need a very long time to process your ticket.
