Ontem eu exclu[i sem querer uma atividade e já entrei em contato com o suporte mas ele não me responderam como recuperar essa atividade ou recuperaram. Gostaria de saber se existe outra forma de recuperar essa atividade.Agurado.

I am currently an intern at a professional cycling team that competes at the highest level in races such as Paris-Roubaix, the Tour of Flanders, and the Tour de France. I thought it would be a fun idea to create an active Strava community around the team. We would set up a Strava club with as many members and fans as possible. We aim to engage them through challenges and tasks, giving them the chance to win exclusive prizes, and so on.Unfortunately, Strava is so limited that it is not even interesting to pursue this further. For example, I wanted to create a challenge called "To the Moon and Back," where our members work together towards a shared goal of cycling 384,400 kilometers in a year. Sadly, you cannot create such challenges as a club owner—only Strava can do this. How ridiculous is that?Additionally, I thought it would be nice to create monthly challenges, or even weekly ones where you evaluate the results after a month. But guess what? Hi, how do I find the total cumulative mileage a club has logged year to date? I swear I’ve seen this before, but I’m having trouble locating it. All I see are weekly leaderboards.

Can a group be set up to include a members activities from before they joined the group? for example our work group is to track members activities from Jan 1st 2025 to Dec 31st some members are joining during the year eg January 31st and have historic strava activities from the 1st of January but these activities aren’t showing 

When completing a run and when I get my results I now can see distance, elevation, moving time, average pace, power and average gap. whereas before I was able to see calories and average heart rate with the first 4 which id much rather. As the power means nothing and the gap I can see if I click in but now I can’t see calories at all.  how do I change this back to showing calories and heart rate rather than power and gap. 

in my club on strava some are using manual entries, the club is a triatlon club so tracks swim,bike,run activities, if someone manual uploads a swim for 1 hour this is registered in the club leader boards, is there a way we can not include manual activities 

I noticed that Strava has deducted my account to renew my subscription for 2025, but I no longer wish to continue with the service. I’ve tried to find the support team through the website, but the webpage isn’t working. Could you please guide me on how to cancel my subscription and request a refund?

On the mobile app, my group’s leaderboard only displays the number of activities. It does not display distance, and I have not been able to locate anything in the settings to adjust this. I know I can view the distance leaderboard on the website - but any insight into how to make distance the default leaderboard on the mobile app would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello all,Is there a way to order the leaderboard by pace instead of distance, I run a club for running and keep up to date with statistics for this club, but have some runners complaining about not being shown in the leaderboard despite being the ones with the fastest pace.I'm not able to find a way to rank by pace or at least remove the climb metric and replace it with pace, although I'm able to see pace in the current week's leaderboard.I would appreciate your suggestions! Pablo.

I have been using a segment for 16 years to track my performance and done over 1600 climbs on it.  Strava have deleted it, including all this history, and there is no similar segment.Is there a way back from this.

Bug Report - Noticed that one user had a different number of rides listed (6) than showed up on the Leaderboard page (5) … and the summary of the elevation and distance was off by … you guessed it … that one ride.  That ride happened to be the third ride (Virtual- Rouvy) of the day for that user. Not the second of three or first of three, but third ride of three. All other attributes of that activity appeared in order, and they were summed properly on that user’s “Training Log” and “progress tab”.  Is it possible that only two activities of one type are aggregated?

I’ve recently created a new club and had two people join. I could immediately see their activities in the club feed, even though those activities existed before the creation of the club, and were unrelated to the club e.g. they weren’t club events or group activities done with club members. So for now I’ve disabled the club activity feed.Is there any way to set the privacy level for an activity to be club members and followers only? Or even choose which specific clubs it should appear in? Or alternatively, only show club group activities in the club feed?

Club events are a great way to engage with your club members, meet new members and grow your club. If you have a route you would like to use for your event, you can include that when you set up the event. You can select an existing route or create a new route for your event. I have my own personal account and created a club for my hockey club (on my account). How do I create challenges on the club? I only have the option to create events but we want to create challenges in order to see who ran the most and who completed the most challenges.I am able to create group challenges but it is then linked to my profile and not the club.

I am setting up a club that will serve as a trail maintenance hub for our local trail stewards.   Users will share their trail work activities as "hikes".  How do I set up the club such that members who use Strava for other activities don't find those activities sharing to the group?Also is there a way to set up group settings such that individuals can follow and contribute to the group, without other members seeing all of thier Strava activities?Thanks!
