Can a group be set up to include a members activities from before they joined the group?
for example our work group is to track members activities from Jan 1st 2025 to Dec 31st some members are joining during the year eg January 31st and have historic strava activities from the 1st of January but these activities aren’t showing

Thank you for joining in to clarify! To answer this question yes, for group challenges the past activities should appear.
However if the privacy of the activities are set to “Only Me” or the activity type is not one of the qualified activity types, or if is hasn’t surpassed the minimum required distance the activities will not show.
When investigating, I believe
For Clubs, if the activity type doesn’t match the Club Sport Type or if the privacy of the activity is set to “Only Me” the activity will not show on Club Leaderboards.

Are you referring to group challenges? If so, a challenge may begin up to 30 days in the past or in the future.
You have the ability to edit the start date, however this can only be done once.
Lastly, you may edit the challenge start date only if the challenge has not yet begun.
