You might need to add more information - what exactly you're doing, step by step, to get this error. Also include your device information (phone, computer/browser, ...)


most of the options on the app show me this error

and iam on Android 


From what I see on the status page at https://status.strava.com, there seems to be no issue right now (there was one yesterday). So it's probably something local to your device. 

Without knowing more details about when this happens, the easiest way would probably be that you uninstall the Strava app and install the latest version. Your data is stored on Strava servers, so you won't lose it. 
If it doesn't help, please do include exact steps leading to the error.
