does this happen also in a different browser? (So if you're using e.g. Chrome, try also in Firefox)
Also - try disabling browser extensions one by one to see if one of them isn't conflicting with the Strava website (typically, various ad-blockers cause this kind of problems).

Yes, I did tried Edge and Firefox, both also not working. I don't think is Chrome extension issue, since my friend desktop also same result.
