Email notifications not being sent out from newly created Club events

Hi,

I run a Club on Strava. Each month I create 5 other 6 sessions, which automatically send out email notifications to everyone in my Club. Today, out of the 6 sessions I created, email notifications were only send out about 3 of them. What happened to the rest? How do I easily share the events with everyone without needing to manually invite each person?
