New member here,

My name is Sanjay. I love the subscription features.

I have noticed some features like heart rate zones breakdown over months and years of training is not available on desktop log in but available on cell phone app. Is that true?

Also noticed, Strava not calculating my total time correctly compared to Coros dashboard. Not sure how to fix it.

For the first question, yes, the phone app and the website have different types of statistics.

For the second problem we have to know where exactly do you see a total time.

In my weekly training log, as well as my Heart rate zone breakdown for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months time period. It seems it is not calculating my eleptical and other aerobic work out hours. Even though it is recorded in training log but not counting total time I spent in that workout for weekly and monthly total. As for example total time I spent for January in zone 1&2 was close to 40 hours but on Strava it only says about 20 hours. Hope it makes sense.

For the heart rate zones you are right, there seems to be a bug and neither all zones added together nor the individual breakdowns contain the correct total time.

I didn’t found problems in the training log though, the total time was correct for me.

Thank you - Hopefully, it gets fixed. I will rely on my Coros Dashboard and Evolab matrix. Thank you so much for reaching out to me.
