Hola, a alguien más le pasa que la distancia con la aplicación nativa no coincide con Strava. En mi caso el Samsung wacht7 me dice que he corrido 6 km y en Strava me sale 5.80 km. Algún detalle en la aplicación o algo que sepan 

PAINFULLY SLOW on Mac — but only recently.I’ve been a paid subscriber for years and have never experienced this issue until yesterday. My Mac is also asking me to “Use the STRAVA app” in the search bar, and I’m getting an ad-blocker warning even though I’m using the paid version.I’ve cleared the cache, cleared my browsing history, restarted my computer, and logged out and back in to Strava — and the problem is still happening. It works totally fine on my phone/mobile app.This also seemed to coincide with a pop-up warning that I’ve opted out of allowing Strava to share my data/personal info. Coincidence?

Hi po how to request a refund from strava? I was billed for 1 year subscription but i don't have the app po and that money was deducted from my account on gcash na dapat pang tuition ko po.

For a week or so now the map that is displayed when opening an activity defaults to the middle of Africa. Likely the equator  at Null Island rather than defaulting to the activity area /  showing the activity on the map. I’m a strava user of many years so am used to Strava’s quirks from time to time, but this seems to persist and I am not sure anyone else is having the same issue. It only seems to be an issue on desktop / website. I cant see anything awry in settings Etc and think s like OS maps and Google seem to default to my rough area as usual. But again this is an issue when viewing saved activities not when recording new ones, so usually it doesnt matter where I am, it defaults to the area of the activity. I.e. When I am at home in North West England and view an activity in France the map opens showing the part of France relating to the activity

I recorded an outdoor run activity in the zepp app. Everything was recorded correctly including map/route data. The app is linked with strava. Looking at the activity in strava however does not show map data in the run activity. What can I do to resolve this?

You should add some subcategories to the Nordic Ski activity type.There should be Classic, and Skating (or Free Technique).Also, if you wanted to be really in touch with the sport, Double-Poling could be another subcategory because that is an option in classic races or workouts given a sufficiently conditioned upper body. Waxing for glide only, with no kick wax, and double poling the entire distance can be a very competitive strategy given the right conditions.

Good morning.My fenix 7S has stopped recording golf rounds. My last round recorded was Friday 9th May,  and I have played 2 rounds since then. Garmin golf is recording the round, but not with the same amount of data for the round, no shot recording now, which was automatic, and club selection. Checked setting and all still set to record.Further to this the garmin app has stopped recording the distance walked during a round. Not sure if I've had a software update at that time which has caused this.Anyone else getting these issues?

My app won't open, get mesaage on android saying has bug. Have tried clearing cache, restarting, uninstalling app and reinstalling but not worked. App not been oppening past half a day Thanks

After my iPhone was updated to 26.1, Strava on my Apple Watch no longer recognizes pickleball activity when I set it up to start recording. When I swipe it to”finish”, it states that it didn’t detect any movement. This has happened a number of times. I have shut down and restarted the phone to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem? Should I delete and reinstall the Strava app?

Last month I was able to manually update my FTP but I tried yesterday and today and am unable to update. Every time I try it pulls up the subscribe page. Are free accounts now no longer able to manually update FTP, or is there a different path to do now? I tried both on my phone in the App and on the Website.

In the Strava mobile app, when an activity description contains a link (URL) and is longer than the space shown in the activity view, the description is truncated — and the “...see more” (or “show more”) option no longer appears. As a result, the full text cannot be viewed in the app.Previously, it was possible to expand long descriptions using the “see more” link. This behavior has changed recently (oct 2nd it still worked). The issue only affects the mobile app; on the web version, long descriptions (including those with links) can still be fully expanded.So you messed up something with links in description in the last 4-5 weeks or did this on purpose?

Is it just me, or is $49 for a Strava T-shirt excessive?

Hi!  I created a Group Challenge and was wondering if I can upload a unique photo for the profile of the Challenge?  Right now it looks like it just defaulted to a standard “Strava” photo.  (No offense, Strava; I like your colors and logo!).  But I would like to have the photo of the “badge” each one receives upon completion.  Possible?

Is anyone else noticing an uptick in fake AI-generated accounts?  They are popping up like crazy in club posts.  I keep reporting them, but it’s like swatting at mosquitoes.  What is Strava doing about them?

I saw where subscribers can use code “Sub15” in the shop, but when I type the code in it says “discount code can not be applied to your cart”. I am a paid subscriber… any thoughts ??

I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble linking my PEJE watch to Strava. Every time I try to connect the device, I receive the following message: “Quota limit exceeded.” I’m not sure if this issue is related to API limits, device integration, or something else on the backend. Could someone please help me understand what might be causing this and how I can resolve it? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday I was creating segments, and everything worked just fine until the 6th or 7th segment. Please will you adopt the iOS per app text size functionality in the Strava app?I moved to an iPhone from Android and can’t easily read the tiny text size on iPhone. On iPhone, when you go to the text size and select Strava Only, you can increase the size, but it does nothing. Here’s an iPhone 15 Pro Max next to a Pixel 6a. You can clearly see the the text size is much larger on the Android.  

Hundreds of thousands play ice hockey around the world and some percentage of them use Strava. I’m one of them. This should be added. Not having it available as a sport is, frankly, quite embarrassing. And given the attitude that I’ve seen in the official response, quite anit-customer friendly. Please reconsider as those of us who use Strava and play ice hockey, just want the ability to choose this as our sport. Instead of “Ice Skating”. Sheesh.
