My workout app on my watch records the workout and used to feed the data into Strava. Previous activities have loaded without any issues, but lately its not updating or updates a day later.  I have logged out, reset my phone, confirmed the pairing on my watch but nothing works.  Please assist

Your activity will not have heart rate dataLooks like you still need to allow Strava to process heart rate data. Please do this in the Data Permissions section of Strava settings before you upload your next activity.how to fix it is from coros pace 3 to strava

Would anyone do lawn mowing as a Strava activity. I’m sure there would be some great map patterns that would show up as a result 

There are lots of sport types that have been marked as “NOT CURRENTLY PLANNED” under Ideas:Activities: Link Sport Type: LinkThese have thousands of votes and I believe some of these are low hanging fruits. Not talking about exotic sports like diving chess or ulak tartysh, but rather something very popular across the globe, like volleyball, basketball, rugby (we already have a soccer) or padel (there are racquet sports already).Would be also nice to reconsider some extra fancy sport types in order to make bigger fun factor for the site, like horse riding, scuba diving, martial arts, or even free flying. These sports are side-sports (or even main) to many and would significantly raise the social / fun factor of the site. You may also skip the calculations (like kcal burned) if it’s too difficult, just make an icon and dropdown option :)

Sometimes, on longer rides, with many segments, there is a list of hidden efforts.  Sometimes when I have gotten top ten overall they will appear in the hidden efforts but also not in the top results. Sometimes I don’t bother checking this list.  But I always want to know when I get a new top ten overall.  Is this a random result?  Or is there something that can be done to change this?

I have tried to report and resolve a flag on my 50k run Sep. 28 and no one has gotten back to me. I tried submitting a follow up ticket and they keep getting marked as resolved. I also deleted the activity and reuploaded it but it’s still flagged and doesn’t give me the option to remove it. Can someone please just remove it? Why is customer service so abysmal for Strava?

It marked a meaningful step in my journey with dystonia, a neurological condition that’s reshaped how I move through the world. Cycling has always been part of my identity, and transitioning to an e-bike wasn’t giving up, it was choosing to keep going.But when I got home and checked my Strava stats, I noticed something that genuinely hurt: the miles weren’t counted. Not toward my annual mileage. Not toward my lifetime totals. Not toward the story I’ve been building with every ride.I understand the need to separate e-bike rides from segments and leaderboards. That distinction protects competitive integrity. But excluding e-bike miles from all ride statistics feels like erasure. For those of us riding with adaptive needs, whether due to disability, aging, injury, or simply a new way of moving, it’s not about competition. It’s about being seen. It’s about honoring the effort it takes to keep showing up.I know I

I would like to suggest a “Delete All Text” button in the automatic form after an activity.The main reason here is to customize the activity since now I have to manually delete all the automatic text. My suggestion is to add a “Delete Text” button (like in the screenshot in blue) to facilitate this. Thank you for considering this! 

What on earth has happened to route planner. Used to be a great tool. Now almost unusable.  

Dude, this app is bad enough with the stupid participation trophy of getting "Kudos" every time I take a walk or go on a bike ride. But now every time I finish a ride I have to watch this ridiculous full screen animation that fills the screen and gives me motion sickness to "congratulate" me? I did not sign up for Strava to have some robot give me a participation trophy every single time I go out for a walk or a bike ride. TURN IT OFF ALREADY! GIVE US THE OPTION TO DISABLE THIS NONSENSE! I don't even want to click the notification icon to clear out the stupid "Kudos" every time I ride.  And stop calling them KUDOS for crying out loud. Is it 1982 where every thing is RADICAL DUDE! Strava needs to get over themselves. Most of your users aren't 12 years old. 

In the Android app there's an animation when i give kudos. How can I disabled them? They are annoying.

Has anybody here get a successful refund after unauthorized subscription charge? Thanks for the answer! They are very unresponsive. 

I often see on Leader board segments that I'm outside the top 10, but the place on the board says 5th or 6th or similar. Why? I've checked it by "this year" or age or weight or men only etc, and on none of the refined boards am i in 6th.

A short summary of my walk/hike/bike ride performance.Now, for my last bike ride, it says I broke my personal bests in two segments. Looking at all the segments of that ride, I improved nine segment times, not just two.For other cycling activities, where the AI ​​also displays notifications about the segments of the ride, it says "multiple segments" or "segments such as x and x."So, not every activity clearly shows the number of improved segments. One of my favorite apps and a key part of my daily life. However, the app stopped working on the Apple Ultra 3 watch.  The activities will initiate the three second rundown to start, but then the watch face is basically blank during the activity. I’m guessing they have a bug with Apple’s newest watch.

How can I connect my huawei band 10 to strava keeps saying error like this.  

For some time I have questioned Strava average speed as incorrect. I have read many comments about the different algorithm used for moving time because my Wahoo shows a quicker average speed. I carry my phone with me albeit not using Strava and have accepted it is as simple as a different algorithm. That was until i left my phone at home. When I synced the ride…. guess what? Strava is slower. I have lost faith in the Strava app / GPS output and it now seems justified.

When I click “Edit Activity”, change the activity type, and then click “Update Activity”, and then click “Edit Activity” afterwards, the activity tag disappears. This has become quite annoying since I regularly will edit an activity more than once, especially one that I would give the “Workout” activity tag.

Garmin app showed my 15km run above, but Strava shows only 10km run like below. Why is this and how can I fix it? 

I am a subscriber..I have been on Strava many years doing many activities every single day and yet I have never received an achievement 500 or 1000th badge ... I must be way past these now .. a friend who's only on a few months has got their 1000th achievement badge they do not subscribe ,... Is there a reason I haven't received badges or is it a random thing ?

However, you can't then choose what you want to see on Facebook.For example, I have an activity to which I've added multiple photos. If I share it directly, only my main photo appears. I can't choose between other photos or simply the map.If I create a link via the activity, I can select a photo/image, but I get an invalid link. Can I still get a full refund from this app? I just installed the app, and to my surprise, I have now a paid subscription for a year. I didn't have a notification that I subscribed on this app, and a even confirmation from my bank before even paying, but upon checking the Google Play Store just now, face recognition and fingerprint are both enabled when paying, so I think payment was made thru this as my bank linked to the said application.I'm in shock because I barely open the app, and even didn't use it at all. I even suspect my bank that is linked to my Google Play Store that maybe it was their mistake, but it wasn't, and all along it was your app who charged me without even using it.I'm just afraid I can't have my money bank because upon searching on the internet about your terms for requesting a refund, users can only have a request within 14 days after the purchase, but it's been almost a month now since I requested, and that's because I didn't know it's this app who made an auto
