Hi Strava Community,

I’ve noticed an issue with one of my segments where the Local Legend count doesn’t seem to update correctly. According to the app, the current Local Legend has 1 attempt in the last 90 days, but I have completed the segment 2 times within the same 90-day period.

All of my activities are public and visible, and the segment data is correctly recorded. I’ve tried logging out, checking the web version, and even repeating the segment, but the Local Legend status hasn’t changed.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Are there any known workarounds to fix or refresh Local Legend counts?

Can you give us an URL of one or two activities where you have completed the segment and the name or the URL of that segment?

This segment was updated on "2025-08-21T11:23:33Z". Strava resets the local legend counter everytime a segment is updated and only activities uploaded after that date are considered.


The thing is, I have the same problem in other segments, like this one where I have 3 tickets in the last 90 days and the local legend only has one

This segment was created on 13th of August at afternoon. Were all your 3 activities after that? If none or only one was after that date it would be normal that another athlete has the local legend title.

 

The loal legend there has 43 activities, so I don’t know if it’s the right example for the problem. The segment is from the 4th of June, so everything after that should count.
