In December I renewed my annual personal subscription. I’d like to switch to a family subscription, since my kids want to start using Strava.

From the Q&A I learned that I need to end my current subscription and wait until it expires before I can switch. Waiting more than eight months sounds rather unappealing.

You have to contact the Strava support, maybe they can do something about it. See

I’ve been looking for Strava Support, but was unable to find an ‘easy’ point of contact.
