can you export strava’s new training advise to Garmin?

According to this post on reddit (from an official account but not seen on their website...)

Launching today, Instant Workouts can now send running and riding workouts directly to your Apple Watch or Garmin for subscribers

Without a mention about how to do it. I did not notice a new button or anything within the app either. Perhaps they mean you can save and sync the route but it's unknown about sending the generated steps and intervals.
