my partner was creating a strava account with her google account and we went through all the regular steps to create it. we set privacy controls and set up the profile and followed our friends and connected with Garmin. after a few minutes, we could not log back into the strava account both through the app or the website and we can’t see the profile anymore. how can this account be reactivated?

Google account can mean using a google email address directly or using the login with google feature. If one doesn’t work you could try the other.
In general account questions must be directed to the Strava support, but if this is about a new Strava account without subscription, creating another account would be much quicker than waiting weeks for the support answer.
