I have many older activities stored in the SportsTrack app, and I would like to import them into Strava. I stopped using SportsTrack some time ago, but all my historical data is still there and I would like to keep it in my Strava account.
Since there is no direct connection or synchronization available between SportsTrack and Strava, could you please advise me on how I can transfer these past activities? I would appreciate any guidance on possible export options, compatible file formats, or alternative methods to complete this migration.
