It looks like a huge percentage of posts over the past few weeks and months on here are about Strava’s utter silence regarding the Connected Athlete / Rate Limit increases that are going unresolved, and the non-response from developers@strava.com . Perhaps it could be helpful if everyone in this same boat (I’ve been waiting 7 weeks, with no response) to all post here, and we can coordinate a list of all Client IDs and what they’re wanting (Athlete Limit increase, Daily Rate Limit Increase, etc), and provide that to Strava to streamline for their developers (best case), or take it somewhere more visible online to draw attention to this situation (worst case, if things are still up in the air for a while). It’s not the waiting that’s necessarily the issue (although we all want to be able to move forward with our applications) - it’s the complete silence, and not knowing whether it’ll be another week or 6 months before we can expect a response. My active challenges page used to have all of the challenges I was currently doing along with the ones I had completed. They used to show the progress on each one that I could see all at once on one page. Today I logged in to see that that page has completely changed. It just takes me to the challenges or club pages which are largely useless to me. I enjoyed seeing how I was progressing on challenges relative to each other. It’s really a bummer if the page has permanently changed to what it is now because it’s redundant and unhelpful. Maybe it’s a glitch in mine but it’s very disappointing.

Hi,I'm just hoping someone could help me check the status of an athlete capacity increase request for my app (Client ID: 140214), as I haven't heard back through the usual channels and wanted to make sure nothing is missing on my side. Quick timeline:- April 1: submitted the request via the official form- April 4: sent the additional screenshots and details requested by the team- April 18: wrote a polite follow-up to developers@strava.com- April 30: no reply yet, dashboard status unchanged No rush at all, I just want to confirm the submission is in the queue and that I don't need to provide anything else. Happy to share more details privately if useful. Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm unable to see my cadence data during my runs. It was working fine till March 29th 2026.I don't know what happened but all of a sudden it stopped, where as my friend is still able to see his cadence in form of steps. I use an android phone.I asked strava AI support and they said that cadence doesn't show for runs and walks, how was it showing up till March then??I would be grateful if anyone could help me out with thisOh and by the way I started using strava in July 2025.

Hi Strava team,Checking in on a production review submission for my iOS app ProPace. Client ID: 203883 Initial submission: 25 March 2026 Resubmission with all 12 requested screenshots: 6 April 2026 Follow-up email to developers@strava.com: 28 April 2026 Total elapsed: 41 days since resubmission, 18 days since follow-up, no response on eitherThe app is launching on the App Store as soon as the Strava import integration is finished. Production approval is now on the critical path. The submission included a numbered description of every screen where Strava data appears (12 annotated screenshots) and explicitly confirmed there were no other surfaces. Could someone please confirm the resubmission is in the queue and share rough timing ?  Happy to provide additional information if useful.Thanks.

Now I'd like to register Swimstro as well, but the API settings page doesn't seem to allow more than one app per account.My questions are:1. I have multiple bikes and I have bike computer with profiles like garmin and wahoo which you can set different profiles.Let's say 4 profiles:Road      Bike 1Gravel    Bike 2MTB       Bike 3Indoor Cycling   Bike 4At the moment you can only set one default bike, it would be nice based on profiles strava automaticly sets the bike associated with the activity profile.So when I upload a Road ride bike 1 is set as the bike And Gravel sets bike 2.Or if this is too complicated a bulk edit on activities where you set the right bike.Its handy for maintenance on when to replace the chain brake pads etc.

Please add hours used in the gear tab along side distance, also fun to add elevation gained as a stat for different bikes.

I understand this has already been posted in the forum and I’m also aware that Strava is currently experiencing delays in responding to API request. I just want to post this to let Strava know that I am on the same boat as I cannot reply to other threads. I have made my initial request on 31 Mar, and have received email to resubmit my application with further details on Apr 4. I have resubmitted on Apr 4 and have followed up with 2 emails on Apr 16 and Apr 22 respectively. My client ID is 218512, thank you Strava for reading and hopefully I will get my respond soon!
