Please refund my subscriptions on strava thatb i accidentally purchased 

When rebuilding a short track (mine is 1000m) and making a new segment it records old runs even though the don't match the new segment. I would like to be able to set a startdate for first ride on a new segment. I also would like to set a stopdate for for the old segment so that won't record any more rides.

Hi I have not received any response from Strava regarding the increase in my API access limit since April 9.Today is April 22. Please let me what to do. Today I sent 3rd email to developers@strava.com.Best  Emily_A

so lets start with the fact im on a e-bike for medical reasons, i can not use a normal bike ANYWHERE close to how i use my e-bike, so this is my way to be active etc.it started with me adding my rides as a bike ride, once i saw there was a e-bike way, i did add this to not potentially take up leaderboard spots etc etc, as i do this for me, not to f-over someones fun.for me to have my own challenge, my own fitness improved and for my own fun! but why does e-bike rides not count for stats (or im too blind to find it) as normal bikes do? i would love to see my highest climb in a ride, if i did 20k faster this trip etc etc… instead it tells me only how much i have ridden this week?i love so much bout this app and biking, but if there is no way get this, i might just have the rides as normal bike rides so i can enjoy it to its max.note: its emtb in areas there is more of less no one else going, so im not gonna go and f-up someones leaderboards by adding it as a normal bike, its ALL for myse

Hi everyone!I built a small app for my running club called Club Runners (club-runners.vercel.app) — it shows personalized stats, training insights, a world map of runs, club events, and an AI assistant that answers questions about your running history, all powered by Strava.I submitted the API access request to allow my club members to log in, followed up multiple times via email, but haven't heard back from the Strava developer team.Has anyone gone through this process and found a way to get a response? The main feed of those who I follow has been stuck for over a week, when I search individual people I can see their new activities but going back to the main feed it just shows the same activities from over a week ago. I’ve contact support but have not had a result there, I’ve updated the app, logged off and back on, tried on the computer, deleted the app and redownloaded it - nothing. Any one else having this issue and been able to fix it?

Age Group Rankings -If I look at a segment I have done and then go to age group rankings for that segment - in my case that is 75+ - most of the people listed are not actually 75+ years old or even close, I know this because my neighbor is 43 but frequently shows up in the 75+ category.Strava is not grouping people together accurately.This bothers me because for many segments I would most likely be  #1 but I am bumped down because of these younger people who are in the wrong age group.How can I get Strava to fix this?

Hello, may I please receive an update regarding my request for a refund? I really had no plan to continue the subscription after the free trial ended since I only subscribed in the first place to try the app while jogging. I think I just used it once but I have no recorded activity whatsoever. I forgot to cancel the subscription before the free trial ended. The money used was supposed to be my allowance for school, so I apologize if I am about to cause an inconvenience on your end; I hope you can oblige my request for a refund. Thank you.

Hello, I have built an data importer application for strava, and strava team very effectively granted me the initial athlete capacity and api limits. The application is much more welcomed than estimated, I am now have numbers of active users very close to the initial limit of the athlete capacity.  I requested to increase my athlete capacity from strava about 7 business days ago via application form. I know strava said 8-10 business days for an application. But I just want to know if there is any ways could check the progress of the application?  thanks guys!

My app is ridgexctf.com — a team management platform for a high school cross country and track program in Glendale, AZ.I have 62 athletes who need to connect their Strava accounts for training compliance and mileage tracking. Currently athletes are receiving 403 errors due to the default quota limit.This is a non-commercial, legitimate high school athletics use case. I suggest setting up a royalty fund for all public facing accounts that get scraped thousands of times a day by AIS, by data brokers, health insurance companies, my own Strava data has been used in the court of law.  All the other social platforms pay their content creators. I’m not sure if it’s the right place to request this feature, but I think Strava should really consider adding the feature to show running PB for distances more than 50km. Suggested slots: 100k, 100m, 200m, 300m, 500m

I have been using Strava on Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic since several weeks. All went fine and my activities while training were shown on Now Bar (like e.g. Samsung Health or YouTube).About a week ago, my on-going Strava activities stopped to be shown on Now Bar. As a result, while training, I need to go to Strava App on my Watch, tap it and only after I see my current data on Strava.How can I fix it? I checked million times all of the permissions and reinstalled the app several times.

The API docs as well as the swagger spec define that the type of an ActivityZone can be one of ['heartrate', 'power']. However, the API also returns at least one other type, i.e. 'pace'. When using the swagger spec to validate or deserialize responses, this may lead to validation errors.Is it possible to update the documentation and swagger spec with all supported types?Thanks!
