unable to see cadence/steps during my runs and walks.

Hi everyone, I'm unable to see my cadence data during my runs. It was working fine till March 29th 2026.

I don't know what happened but all of a sudden it stopped, where as my friend is still able to see his cadence in form of steps. I use an android phone.

I asked strava AI support and they said that cadence doesn't show for runs and walks, how was it showing up till March then??

I would be grateful if anyone could help me out with this

Oh and by the way I started using strava in July 2025.

You could record the runs and walks with another app that shows the cadence or steps during the recording.

Hi, I could possibly do that but I wanted to know why is it not working? What's the issue here

Both of my friends are able to see cadence either in spm or just total steps.
