Hi,

I'm just hoping someone could help me check the status of an athlete capacity increase request for my app (Client ID: 140214), as I haven't heard back through the usual channels and wanted to make sure nothing is missing on my side.

Quick timeline:

- April 1: submitted the request via the official form

- April 4: sent the additional screenshots and details requested by the team

- April 18: wrote a polite follow-up to developers@strava.com

- April 30: no reply yet, dashboard status unchanged

No rush at all, I just want to confirm the submission is in the queue and that I don't need to provide anything else.

Happy to share more details privately if useful.

Thanks

Quick update for the thread:

- May 8: another polite follow-up sent to developers@strava.com, no reply
- May 19 (today): ticket still open, dashboard unchanged, 6+ weeks from the original submission

I know the team is likely busy and I genuinely don't want to be pushy, just trying to understand if there's something I should do differently or any info I can still provide. The app Racetory is ready to go but blocked by the 1-athlete cap.

If any Strava staff happens to see this, Client ID is 140214. And if any other developer here has gone through this recently, would love to hear what worked for you.

@Emily_A sorry to ping directly, I've seen you helped with similar requests in the past, would you have a moment to point me in the right direction?

Thanks!
