API Access Extension for App ID 221739 (RunCoach)

 

I'm the developer of RunCoach (https://runcoach-app.vercel.app), a personalized running coaching platform. Athletes connect their Strava account to automatically sync running activities with their training plans.

I've reached the sandbox athlete limit (Error 403) and need production access. App ID: 221739. Please let me know what information is needed to proceed.

 for information about increasing the athlete limit.

Hi ​@Jan_Mantau ,

I'm still experiencing this issue — I'm hitting the 403 "Limit of connected athletes exceeded" error.

I've already submitted the app review form (https://share.hsforms.com/1VXSwPUYqSH6IxK0y51FjHwcnkd8) multiple times over the past month with no response. That's why I opened this support ticket.
