Did a bike ride yesterday, got notification that it was uploaded, changed title and saved it. But it’s not showing in my feed or in my activity list. It is included in the weekly total, but that’s it.

Is it possible to revert to the previous sharing layout? The new one is too disproportionate, at least an option to choose the font size would be useful. I've been taking screenshots instead of using the share option. NEW LAYOUT OLD LAYOUT
Hey folks, I used to be able to make posts on my profile page and in clubs but for the last few months, it is giving me an error. It just says ‘something went wrong’ and does not get posted. I don’t think I have changed anything. My Strava version is uploaded and so is my iOS. What may be the problem? I’m attaching an image of the issue I face. Thanks in advance.
Hello,I would like a refound. On may 15th 2025 my yearly subscription got reneved without a notice. I can't afford to subscribe to Strava anymore. I bought Strava a year ago using students discount, and now I got charged full price. I read that I have 14 days since payment for the refound. I canceled my Subscription as soon as I found out about the new payment. I issued a ticket/request for a refound number #3350570. When can I expect someone to contact me? All I can do is talk to bots on the chat. I would like to talk to a real person. What else there is to do so I can get my refound?Thank you
How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because I've sent you a refund request email with the terms explained by old support. how long to take the reply, because I was surprised there was no notification and immediately subscribed for a year. too much money was cut from my e-wallet, please help team strava thats money for my school. I have had a huge problem in the last couple of days. I presume there was a Strava app update for iOS. It wiped out the top menu area that used to exist where, after I hit the “Record” button, but before I hit “Start”, I could set preferences, including screen dimming etc., before starting a workout. There used to be at the upper right corner a “gear” preferences icon. Instead, there is empty space at the top. All the controls that used to be on top are gone. So the last settings I have are frozen and I can’t change them. And I can’t even exit the screen after I hit “Record”, if I change my mind: I have to quit the app.

My PRs are not showing in my activities. My Garmin displays PRs but Strava isn’t recognizing them. I has done it before, and I’ve not changed any settings but it’s not doing it now. When I look at my best efforts, it’s not my recent best effort. It’s frustrating as this is how I can easily see my PRs. Any ideas on how to fix??
Hi, I was riding yesterday using my IGP BSC300 bike computer that is connected to Strava. I received a call from a friend to go and visit. I have never been to his place so I asked for the address to navigate there and I wanted to create a route to the address in the Strava App but I found it impossible to simply add the address in a just ask the App to plan the route. There is a search option but when adding the address it would take it as the start point, once the start point is selected there is no longer a search option only the pencil or adding another waypoint by scrolling the map. I think this should be a really basic function, so I wonder what is that I do wrong? In desktop there is no problem with this. Thanks
Recently I’ve noticed my iPhone Strava app no longer labels peaks on any maps. I try POI layer on vs. off, 2D vs. 3D, Hybrid/Satellite vs. standard, the Maps tab at the bottom vs. activity maps. Anyone else experiencing this too? What happened?
Hi,I've noticed that in the past few days, geotagged user photos are no longer visible on activity maps or route planning heatmaps on the web version of Strava (they were clickable blue dots).Instead, I now see commercial POIs (e.g., pubs, even McDonald's, Burger King,) that never appeared before?I use Strava primarily to explore routes based on local photos, (in particular trail conditions of remote places), and this was a key reason I paid for membership.Can you please confirm if this is a permanent change or a bug. If possible, I’d like the previous behavior with photo overlays restored?Thank you.
Up until recently, when I shared a run, the image with stats would retain its aspect ratio. This seems to be no longer the case (in the last week).For example, here is my latest run, ready to share; However, when I post or even save the image, it is cropped to the portrait aspect ratio. This has only happened recently, as I have been sharing in the same way every time. Can anyone shed any light on this?
When I am creating a route the default surface type is “Any Surface Type” so I always have to open the dropdown and click “Prefer Paved Surfaces”.Because 99% of my rides are road rides this is a bit annoying having to do this every time I’m creating a route.It’s not a game changer but is there anyway to have “Prefer Paved Surfaces” as the default and not “Any Surface Type”?Cheers,C
I’ve just noticed that the suggested friends section has gone mad. Every time I log in or refresh the page I get another 5 suggested friends some from the other side of the world. This is a very annoying feature, I don’t want suggested friends, not interested. How can I stop this feature?
Hello all, I'm having an issue when trying to zoom out on a map screen where it starts to zoom out to see anything an area but then the whole screen goes white like a cloud cover & i can't see anything. This does it on my own maps aswell as friends maps. Strava has been updated to the latest version & is running on an android s24 .

Here’s my flowUser accesses `exemple.app` Clicks “Connect with Strava” → redirects to `api.exemple.app/auth/strava/login` The backend redirects to Strava’s OAuth URL with the proper `redirect_uri` (api.exemple.app/auth/strava/callback) After user authorizes, Strava redirects to `api.exemple.app/auth/strava/callback` Backend exchanges the code for tokens, creates a JWT, stores it in Redis, and tries to send it to the frontend via a cookie using `res.cookie(...).redirect(...)`IssueEven though I’m setting a `Secure`, `SameSite=None`, `HttpOnly` cookie, the frontend doesn’t receive it. Good morning.My fenix 7S has stopped recording golf rounds. My last round recorded was Friday 9th May, and I have played 2 rounds since then. Garmin golf is recording the round, but not with the same amount of data for the round, no shot recording now, which was automatic, and club selection. Checked setting and all still set to record.Further to this the garmin app has stopped recording the distance walked during a round. Not sure if I've had a software update at that time which has caused this.Anyone else getting these issues?
I have a Pixel 3 Android phone and my Strava app frequently stops recording during activities. I've given the app all of the permissions I can find. Friends using the app to record the same activity don't seem to have this issue. I've tried to reach out to customer service but can't get past their totally unhelpful bot. Any suggestions?
