Stuck strava feed

Hi, in the last two days 6 activities from people I follow are stuck at the top of my feed and will not go or move on. I use an apple phone and this is on the phone app and I am a subscription member. I  have to scroll past these to get to the newest feed. I have tried refreshing the feed by pulling the screen down, changing the feed preference, logging out of strava and in again, I have tried deleting the strava app and reinstalling it on the phone and I have tried loading a new activity. None of this changes the top 6 activities which stay the same and are old.

How can I correct this?

@Otter12  The feed ordering is decided by the Strava server. As you have experimented with the feed ordering setting you have exhausted your options to influence the sorting. See also https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001183630-Feed-Ordering

I’ve looked at the automated advice and followed it and it’s completely useless in this scenario. There is clearly a fault with Strava currently for this to have happened. How does this get raised directly with Strava support as this needs to be addressed as I am currently paying for a faulty service?
