Hello,

I am a Premium subscriber and I am facing an unacceptable technical issue on the Strava website using my computer.

Every weekend, when my friends generate a high volume of activities (more than 120 per day), the dashboard feed completely stops loading or freezes exactly after 120 activities.

I have already tried everything to fix it on my end:

  • I cleared my browser cache.

  • I disabled heavy visual features (disabled 3D maps, disabled weather data, disabled video autoplay).

  • I switched my feed ordering to "Latest Activities" (chronological).

  • I tried changing the URL manually to num_entries=150 or num_entries=200.

Nothing works. The feed strictly blocks at 120 entries. This is clearly a hard limit or a script crash on your server side during peak hours.

As a paying customer, it is unacceptable that I cannot see my friends' weekend activities on my computer just because I follow an active community. The mobile app should not be the only working workaround.

Please escalate this to your engineering team to fix the web feed pagination and server limits for Premium users.
