Follow-up on Strava Ticket #4042552 - Refund Request

I’m following up on my refund request for my Strava subscription (Ticket #4042552). I received an automated notification that the ticket was updated, but I don’t see any new information or resolution when I check the ticket.
Could you please provide an update on the status of my refund? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in processing this as soon as possible.
