Hi, all,  I just completed my longest run, and it’s not included among my Strava activities. 🤨 I used my Apple Watch, hit Pause, hit Finish, and hit Save.
Any chance it’s still in the system and can be retrieved? Thoughts?

Thanks.

Hi @BWitty

one more thing to try... when you open the settings of the AW Strava app, do you see any unsynced runs? i.e. the number would be non-zero… if so, tap that and trigger the syncing:

Are you able to view it in Apple health (or similar)? If so you can probably export the GPX or FIT and upload it to Strava. I'm not familiar with the Apple ecosystem however.

Are you using the Apple watch app for Strava? If you record with the watch natively and link accounts, it should push to Strava after saving. That’s for next time, this one is probably gone for good, sorry!
