Has anyone had and solved a pairing issue between a Series 7 Apple Watch and iPhone?

The app on the phone has all the settings turned on but won’t show the orange check mark for Motion & Fitness and the “Finish” bar is grayed out.

Thanks!

Hi @CapeCodMike,

try the following - on your iPhone, go to Settings > select Privacy > Motion & Fitness. Make sure Strava is turned ON so the toggle is highlighted green. While in the Privacy section of your Settings, make sure Location Services and Health are enabled.

If you don't see the Motion and Fitness option listed in Strava permissions: Confirm that the system setting for Motion and Fitness is enabled. On your iPhone go to the general settings: Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness > Fitness Tracking. If the setting is already enabled, please try toggling Motion & Fitness off and on.

Ciao @CapeCodMike. Is this your first attempt to pair the app with the device? Are you referring to the apple watch and the related app or to Strava?
