Hi, i have problems with my strava on PC/Web..

it always fails to display the page perfectly in the last 5 days, I've tried using chrome, incognito, and firefox all of them can't display it. One of the info on the page says: "It looks like you're using a browser that Strava no longer supports." I've checked my chrome version, it's the latest version.
is there anyone who can help me?

Hello @pwrmaenps

Thanks for posting about this and sorry to hear of the issue.

Thanks for sharing that you're getting a message about Strava supported browsers, but based on what you've described, it doesn't sound that that's the root of the problem.

Did anything change in your local computing environment?  For example, did you make changes to your display or other settings?  Have you changed any Javascript or cookie settings?  If you can describe a bit more about how the page is displaying incorrectly, that might be helpful.

Ive EXACTLY the same problem as well for 3-4 days  ....I use fox and its all ways been ok ....but tried Bing, chrome all latest up to date versions and non display the page properly ....Below is what I get......Works fine on the phone.....IS DRIVING ME MAD ....Not made any changes to my computer etc etc

I had (and am having) the same issue.  I deleted all browsing data and cookies in Chrome and that did get the page to render correctly.  However... none of the maps for activities in my feed will display.. it just shows a little icon for Map

Also.. freshness/fitness, my activities, training calendar and other functions I use a TON are not showing any data at all.

is there a javascript setting we should be using

Oh.. and all my other web sites work fine under the same browser on same PC.... Strava works on chrome for me on an older PC.

It is probably a setting or something somewhere.. but I can't seem to find anything and don't know how to diagnose.

The same all my other sites are fine and STRAVA works on my wife's desktop .........Ive not changed out in the way of settings on my comp so no idea what Im looking for  ARRRRRRRRRR

123 Im back in the room lol............FIXED IT.........Turned of my Norton VPN setting......and STRAVA was back to Normal , Turned VPN back on in Norton and its still working..........Give it a try

Dude.. that fixed me up too!  Awesome thanks

Dude.. that fixed me up too!  Awesome thanks

If you still get any problems try changing region from the VPN drop down menu ............Thank god for that has been driving me INSANE

Strava has started blocking VPN users.  My guess is that when it became widely known that Strava's prices vary greatly from country to country, users started using VPN's to sign up from lower priced countries.  Once again, no communication from Strava.

Merci sfstudrunner ! Thank you a lot! I deactivated my VPN and Strava immediately works properly (not in HMTL text but in the classical graphic user interface). I had this issue on all my web navigators (Chrome, Edge or Firefox). But also with the website Bit.ly

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for posting here and sharing your experiences with Strava working inconsistently through VPNs.  We're currently troubleshooting this and are looking for more information.  Can you reply here and let me know if you experienced the problem only on strava.com/dashboard or was it across the whole Strava site?

Thank you!

The whole strava site to me, but in parts.

I could not see any 'maps' for those I follow in my activity feed., it would just show an icon.  However if I clicked on the activity it would display.

I cound not view the link for 'My Activities', training Calendar, freshness-Fitness.  It would display some of the headings of the page but none of the detail in the list box or calendar objects.

I have used multiple browsers (Edge and Brave) and cleared caches.  Also turned VPN on and off.  This was sudden and everything was fine before with VPN and the same browsers.

Me too, I keep getting a classic list men and nothing works properly. I'm on Windows 10 using Chrome or Firefox. I think it might be due to the latest Windows 10 cummulative update that loaded a few days ago. Could be the usual Windows cluster bomb that will atke 6 months to resolve.

Unless STRAVA became incompatible with Windows overnight.

This continues to be a problem, but I can view the site as normal after a restart, cleared cache, and no VPN.  The site worked fine with VPN until a week or so ago.

Thanks, it was the VPN.  Pretty annoying on Strava's part, but at least I can stop looking for other solutions.

Hello Jane, this is Geoff in Belgium.

I'm having the same problem, that is all the text is there, but the cascading stylesheets would seem to be not uploading.

I'm using Chrome, Windows 11. My wife has a new laptop, same apps, and Strava works perfectly.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to provide an update on the issue and ask for your help.  Just to clarify, I'm referring to the issue where some Strava pages won't load on the web it you're using a VPN.

Our Engineers are investigating and are looking for more information from anyone experiencing this.  If you have time and are interested in helping us troubleshoot this further, please let us know what IP address you're using by following the steps below.

  1. Connect your VPN and confirm the issue has returned

  2. Go to google.com and search "What's my IP Address"

  3. you should see your current IP address displayed

Important - please do NOT reply to this thread with that information.  For privacy and security reasons, we ask that you open a Support ticket with us and send us the IP information that way.   In the Support ticket, please ask that your ticket be directed to Sheila.

Additionally, if you can include some screenshots of the failed pages, including the URL in the web address bar, that would be tremendously helpful.

Thanks so much.

Whatever fix may have been completed has resolved this issue, and my login works correctly with VPN on.  Thank-you!

My problem is only on strava.com/dashboard .

I have the exact same problem for the last 2 or 3 days, only on strava.com/dashboard, initially loads the activities and then clears everything, if I refresh the page 2or 3 times eventually it gets right. I don't use any VPN, at least not the conventionals for "privacy", I do use VPN's to connect to office sites.

my problem is exactly the same

Started having the same issue 2 or 3 days ago on a Windows 11 computer with Chrome, both up to date, with or without VPN, with or without extensions.  No issues on the same setup on another computer and on a Chromebook.  Very strange...

Im on Firefox and cleaning cookies for strava.com seems to solve the problem.
