Hello Strava Community,
I hope everyone is doing great! I’m reaching out for help with an issue I’ve been facing when trying to share my Strava activities directly to Instagram. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps provided in the forums, I’ve had no luck resolving the problem. Here’s a summary of what I’ve already tried:
- Both Strava and Instagram apps are updated to the latest versions.
- I’ve logged out and back in on both apps.
- I’ve deleted and reinstalled both apps to reset their connections.
Unfortunately, when I attempt to share an activity from Strava, Instagram doesn’t appear as a sharing option. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I see, which might provide more clarity.
What’s been particularly frustrating is that I’ve reached out to Strava Support multiple times since December, but I haven’t received any response. While I understand these things can take time, I was hoping for at least some acknowledgment of my issue.
If anyone in the community has experienced this before or has any suggestions, I’d greatly appreciate your insights. Thank you in advance for your support and help!
