[Resolved] Live Segment Shows Green Screen

When in a segment, the screen shows the screen as green rather than showing my progress vs prior runs on this same segment. Is this a glitch or a new feature that I don’t understand?

This doesn't look like a new feature 🙂 From the screenshot it seems that you're using the iOS app - can you please confirm that you have the latest version (409.0.0)? If not - could you please update and try again?

yes, confirming that I am using IOS and on v 409.0.0. Thanks for the assistance here.

I have the same issue.  Its been there for at least 3 weeks.  A riding partner of mine also has the same.  Happens on every live seg,

@Bryant is there any update on this?  Not useable at all for live segments as things stand on every ride.

I have the same issue, but my buddy who also runs with his iphone (15), did not have the issue. I run with my Iphone13 mini and I’m wondering what maybe could be the problem. What I have noticed is that it doesn’t affect all phones. Could it be something with “Staring” too many segments?

I have the same issue, been having this green screen on segments for a while now.

@Bryant Any progress on this. I’ve now failed to match target times on 2 sportives in the time it’s been duff. I’m not happy.

And now Zwift has a new app for tracking outdoor rides. It doesn't offer much now, but it’s aiming for Strava - now is not a good time to drop the ball.
