On my side submitted on October 14th, still waiting. Nearly 2 months… 

should be > 6months and still waiting. Not sure what is up or am I not complying to the terms?

My first application was approved in 2 weeks. Submitted Nov 26, 2024 and approved Dec 3rd, 2024. All the limit increases were great until my app got a lot of users recently and I’m quickly approaching the new limit. I’ve submitted another request today, so let’s hope it gets turned around quickly.

Just an update for others that are waiting, my app was approved for additional users! I submitted my request Tuesday and was approved yesterday. I also had an email thread with developer support where they recommended I implement webhooks to reduce API calls. I implemented webhooks and let them know and my application was approved. I’m not sure if that additional email thread helped or not, but hope this experience helps you!
