Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone else are having issues with the recording of your activities?

it’s been 4 days straight and nothing has been Recorded, does anyone know what is happening?

Thanks for your post. We do have an issue with android devices and I see you have replied to this post about a known issue with Android versions 331.9 & 332.10. If you have a different device, please submit a support ticket and we will investigate further.


Hey John. I’m having issues too. Two rides and two walks = four times with a “no movement detected” message. I hate losing miles. How did you resolve it?
