It would be helpful to be able to track my highest recorded heart rate and perhaps top 10 heart rates and dates or links to activities when they occurred 

It could be useful for strava to suggest updating the maximum heart rate after a certain number of measurements or a certain period of time.


“You've exceeded your theoretical maximum heart rate 3 times in the last 30 days. Would you like to update this value? XXX appears to be your new maximum heart rate.”


“You haven't reached your theoretical maximum heart rate for more than 12 months, do you want to update this value? XXX appears to be your new maximum heart rate.”
