Hi, I tried Starve premium to find routes in my new city, but I came down with a stomach ulcer and internal bleeding. While I was in and out of the hospital, I forgot to cancel the subscription and was charged with an entire year subscription without any notice. (This feels extremely predatory). I am a student and cannot afford this on top of medical bills and rent & groceries. I cancelled and need to get a refund -- please help!

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I have not been contacted by a human on your support team. Your robot AI emailed me on Friday, Aug 2, to which I immediately replied with the requested information, and asked to be connected to a human. I have also submitted a refund request through google play. I have yet to hear back from a human on strava to address my concern.
Strava is trying to charge me nearly $100 without my knowledge or consent and I am surprised and disappointed that no one on customer service or Support is addressing my concern. Please use the Support channel to address this.
