I need a refund please.
I'm from Brazil, and there is none Strava support here. They dont respond my tickets, emails. On app, web, nothing.
They made a mistake, I made an 30 free days trial. And forgot to cancel my signature. No problem. The issue is that they made an 1 year signature.
If they charge 1 month. Ok. But not 1 year signature.
This is wrong, need help.
