It would be great to see who the creator of a segment was.  The only issue I see with you specific idea is that the creator’s best time on a segment often won’t be from the file where they created it.  I’ve created a lot of segments from casual rides, but my fastest attempts were either before or after those times, so the activity listed in the leaderboard would not be the file I made the segment from.
