Subscription purchase not active

Hello - 

My ticket number is #3034516.  I have not heard back from support and am looking for some help.  I purchased a subscription (and have had my credit card charged), but it is not showing up on my main strava account.  I think it has something to do with using apple pay and the e-mail on my apple pay is an old strava account.  Any help would be great!
