Club Owner no longer has access to account

Hello - I've been added as an Admin to a Club, so I can approve membership requests. However, we still cannot clean up the club (this club is tied to an office-based club) because the identified owner no longer has access to their account.

I've messaged the previous owner, and they have confirmed that the club does not appear in their dashboard so they cannot transfer ownership.

What remedies do I have for this situation?
