Hi Strava and Strava Users,I can't seem to find the TSS calculated anywhere in my data. I do find that a little bit weird as it is pretty straigth forward calculation so it would be nice to have that included.I have found Strava a Strava TSS Calculator which to me seems like an external tool. Anyone who knows about this tool and its connection with the official Strava application.ThxFinn

This limitation on comments is making us go mad, Are you saying 20 comments per 24hrs is the limit?? I am sorry, not done.I had paid for a subscription for features not to face this type of limitation.May I know how to escalate this issue this is bothering me a lot.Thanks

During my last activity, I set a PR for both the 1/2 mile and the 1k, as well as a setting my second fastest time for 1 mile. The headline underneath the activity says “Congrats! You have just set your second fastest time in the 1 mile” - can I change this headline to reference my 1k PR instead?

So I'm checking the strava segement for Hiline climb in Sedona called Orifice .. Today feb 17 2024 there were 21 athlete, and I wanted to see the pictures so I can see if there snow for example on the trail.. after I open 21 activities, then appx on 25th opening their strava route not showing up. I recently added a new trail in a local park to OpenStreetMap - the path shows up in the route builder, however, when trying to make a route including it, the router completely bypasses it.    

It would be nice to have non-run/non-cycle events for clubs. I have used club events to help organize swim meets, social dinners, and would like to use them for swim/rowing practice / regattas and more. Having more events would help keep people coming back to strava.

Aloha from Hawaii! I am a passionate Strava route creator and would love to see a private file system added to the “My Routes” feature of Strava web and mobile. It would simply all subfolders in “My Routes” and allow you to name and assign routes built to a folder for organization. It’s not like I have hundreds of routes (yet) but I’d love to group them by relatedness for ease of access. For a user story example: I am a trail runner here in Hawaii and there are a lot of undesignated trails that require me to build routes using manual mode. Route builder has all the tools I need to make a great route but for some particular mountains here, I make several routes that split one long trek into smaller routes for more reasonable efforts. There are about 8 total sections to this group of routes. As someone who builds plenty of bike, road, and trail routes I’d find it extremely efficient to be able to sort these routes into folders based on categories I privately label. If I eve

I've installed the Fatmap app and logged in via Strava but none of my past activities show up. When I'm on the "My Adventures" page it says I can connect a tracker to get my Strava data but when I click through I only get options to connect Garmin, Suunto and LifePass, no Strava.Any suggestions or ideas on how to get it to work?

Hi, if possible, I would like to understand how many km I have done since I fitted my new tyres. I would like to have a filter for dates from — to so as to have a report of the total km done, altitude difference done and time taken. Thank you.

I'm now a 55 year old runner. All my previous runs were in the category lower. So all my runs are no longer showing up in the 50-55 category (as I'm no longer in that age bracket)Only my current runs show up ....what about all the others when I was younger...is it possible to set the filter to show my runs from the previous categories over all the years of running....eg my runs as a 44 year old should be shown in that group..... Or am I missing something in the settings of the app

Using a Wahoo Tickr...the HR works fine but the transfer from Zwift to Strava strips the HR (but it still transfers to Garmin connect ok).  Any ideas on why HR won't show for trainer rides on strava?  Outdoor rides are no issue

I have various Elliptical runs registered on strava that mess up my normal running PB's. How can I remove these from the running PB's without deleting the activity? I already made them private, but that did not do the trick. 

it’s really surprising how difficult it is to reply to somebody’s comment. The auto complete for the name does not prioritize the names of people who actually commented. Hi! So, recently I did a ride (bike), one that I do exactly quite often, every couple of weeks for the last few years. Matched rides used to pop up and show me all of these rides going all the way back to 2019. Now, suddenly, I only see matches for the last couple of months. Also, I different ride regular ride today, exact same route as usualy and matched rides isn't even showing up. Is anyone else noticing this? Could there be something wrong with my data?

A recent app update has moved the power graph away from the analysis tab.   This is a really bad change because looking at the correlation between power and heart rate in the analysis tab is at the core of data analysis.   I would urge support in moving the power graph back to the analysis tab, even if it means just simply duplicating it so it is in both the main post page and the analysis tab.  Us cyclists want to see heart rate and power graphs on the same page please. 

Currently, when creating a group challenge, we can select a specific list of activities to count toward the challenge. However, individual goals can only be related to a single activity type or to a bucket of activities that does not align.For example, I participate in a group challenge that counts both Run and Workout/HIIT/Crossfit (see below for why I put slashes between those). I would like an individual goal that also tracks those activities.I grouped Workout/HIIT/Crossfit because the current app behavior is a bit confusing. In one group challenge where I participate, the only listed qualifying activities are: "Hike, Run, Virtual Run, Walk, Workout" but my "HIIT" activities on Strava *are* counted.Basically, when I do a bootcamp style activity (Workout/HIIT/Crossfit) or a run I would like to include it. Hi all retired a bike some day ago and added a new one (gravel) and defaulted on cycling and gravel biking. New activities altough defaults on the old (and retired) bike.   Any help? regards Luca

Hi! I've been trying to create a route through a paved greenway trail and whenever I try to draw my route, Strava doesn't recognize it as a valid way - even though the global heat map is dark blue and when I ran on it the other day Strava recognized it as a trail. I'm trying to create a long run because it connects to a trail system and it won't let me, I can't even figure out how much mileage it would add! Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

This always bugs me. I am offered a free trial but to be allowed to try the free offering, I need to put in bank details. I know why this is done, so that after the trial period runs out then a charge is made. I think it would be much better and friendlier of Strava to just let individuals try out the free trial without the need for bank / card details. 

Hi,I want to extract a list of all the activities that the club members have done in the last month. Is there any way to do this? When I check "recent activities" I only see the activities of the last 5 days.If I look in my own feed at everyone I follow, I see since the 18th of October, but we started on the 10th. There are 70 members and going through all 70 members and doing it manually will take a long time..

Hi everybody,I think there's a mistake with "snowboard" activities. If you record an activity of this type, the only segments in the report page are climbs. If you want to see slopes' times (so, time for descents) you have to change your activity in "alpine skiing" (or similar name, in italian is "Sci alpino").   

Strava, segments taken within 1-minute of each other are labelled incorrectly with the same label number instead of being unique. I did this segment below 10 times, and instead of being numbered 1 to 10 they are numbered 1,1,3,4,5,6,6,8,9,10 which makes little sense: 

My segment creation screen only displays for a fraction of a second making it impossible to click “next”. Why ? im a paying subscriber and this happens on both my laptop and desktop . thanks in advance 

Just wondering if this is a known bug ...   (hi, I'm a subscriber, btw, have been for many years. hello)So, there are (running) segments I complete on a very regular basis. For some of these segments, I get segment efforts recorded on my activity, but when I view the leaderboards for the segment, I'm not there at all - in fact the leaderboard says at the bottom (on mobile) "Tackle this segment to compete for the crown" as if I've never completed it at all.Many segments I complete, even on the same activity are just fine, my effort is recorded, and I'm on the leaderboard (somewhere near the bottom usually).Here's an example ... an activity from today, where I got a PR on a segment, but when I look at the leaderboard, I'm not there. There isn't even a "today" leaderboard.  

I track two types of exercise in Strava, Cycling and Swimming.On the bike, I simultaneously use a power meter and a Polar H10 heart rate monitor.  My understanding is that Strava uses these two inputs to "calibrate" a Training Impulse estimate based on Relative Effort so that can be used for the times when I ride without a power meter or do something other than cycling.My Fitness and Freshness page is set up to use both, "Power and Relative Effort."When I bike, my power-based Training Load (which gets used directly for Training Impulse) is always about 0.7x Relative Effort.When I swim, I wear a heart rate monitor and Strava calculates a Relative Effort.  I expected Training Impulse to be about 0.7x Relative effort for the swims, because that's what it is when I bike with power meter and heart rate monitor.  TSS is always smaller than RE on the bike.  But I see the opposite result.  From swimming, the "Training
