integration with garmin varia radar

This was a deal breaker for me with Strava and why I didn't subscribe.  The inability to pair my Garmin varia with the app.  I use Ride with GPS instead until Strava integrates this.

Me as well!  When will Strava ever pair with Garmin Varia? It's well overdue. 

Please Strava love your app but love the Garmin. This would be a match made in heaven.

Yes please integrate this device; Ride GPS has it.. Lets ensure Strava strives for safety.. 

Strava doesn't need to recreate the Garmin Varia functionality, it just needs to support integration with Varia. As others have noted, Ride with GPS already pairs with Varia, making it a compelling alternative to Strava for the growing number of riders who swear by Varia. 

I’ll add to the feedback.  I was just about ready to sign up for Strava but the lack of varia integration is a deal killer.  I will switch to RidewithGPS.

I am about to purchase a varia radar and will have to cancel my Strava subscription once I do so if Strava cannot integrate with the radar. The radar is far more important. It’s actually baffling that Strava hasn’t solved this integration yet as far as I can see this has been a topic for years. Is it too much to be safe with a radar and use maps? I guess so for Strava.

RidewithGPS works great with the Varia.  Strava does not support it.

Implement the thing ridegps does which is show the traffic with cars over to the side of the map

This is the only reason why I don't subscribe to Strava, and why I won't until it is integrated with the Varia.

Ridewithgps works seamlessly with Garmin Varia!  It’s the app preferred by top level cyclist all over Europe

Just do what Cadence or RidewithGPS already do: use Varia info to display a visual+audible alert when a car is approaching.

of coasre. Just have Garim Varia sync with Strava linke RudewithGPS does.  Until Strava can sync Garmin Varia cI will never become a subsciber I subscribe with RidewitGPS and not Strava. there are 100's of thousands of cyclist using Varia. Common Strava get with it!

Yes, I would love it if Strava could link with Varia

I just canceled strava and started using ride with GPS because of it's integration with garmin Varia radar.  Strava should be focused on rider safety and not just koms.

Shouldn’t be a big development task right, so why loosing 100’s subscription because of that ?

Our safety on the roads is the key.
