There is a lot of fake KOM and cups these days where athletes forget the bike computer in the car or use an E-bike. these records could be easily detected. I suggest Strava to be more tough on these records by implementing some double checks like heart rate vs. power if someone wants to be in top 10 for a segment the results should be accepted only if there is more metrics than speed available, a power result or heart rate to validate. also it should be easier to reposrt a fake achievement

This is indeed a major issue that can make leaderboards frustrating and discouraging; please feel free to add your voice to the existing requests and discussions on this topic.
A lot of e-bike users around here seem to load up stuff and the Ride type seems to be default or the first thing they see. I am sure that a lot of them would load up as e-bike if it was more prominent/eaier to notice. I end up flagging a few based on their speeds on hills vs speed on flatter roads as well as how active they are (when available!) to determine whether they could possibly be fit enough to manage hills at the speeds they are achieving.
