I open three incident ticket and I still waiting for any action from Strava team support. I’m the only one?

here my problem 

Unfortunately, I remove my Facebook from my Strava account. I want to use my e-mail address for Login.
However, I can’t log any more on my Strava account.



I have more then 10 years of activities.

My old Facebook account email  is no more is service)

Here à copy of my last payment on August 24 for my annual subscription.

Could you link my old Strava account to the following E-mail : and send e a link for a password reset?

I’m still waiting for any answer for the 3 incidents I opened regarding the problem
