Dear Strava,


I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent charge to my account. I signed up for the 30-day free trial, but I was charged immediately.


I am not a native English speaker, and I may have misunderstood the terms of the trial. However, I feel this is misleading.


I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a full refund.
