download request - not receiving email

requested my data download through my profile, which I can retrieve once a week, and when you press the button, I normally receive an email to download within 30 minutes.

I requested my data last week, but have received NO email. 

I download the data every week, and use it to track my followers.

I have waited a week and requested the data again last night, and again no email has been received to download my data.

I have emailed Strava twice about this, and not received a response. 

this happened a couple of months ago, and strava support emailed me the link.

please can someone help.
