Hello:)) A few days ago I accidentally deleted a hike that was very important to me. Because there is no way to recovered deleted activities on strava yourself yet, I contacted the support team (ticket #3031177) but haven’t gotten a response yet. Does anybody know how long the process usually takes? Thank you!!

Please note that if your activity was discarded before it was uploaded we cannot retrieve the information. If the activity was saved and then deleted, you can submit a support ticket (as you have done) to see if we can restore the activity. If you delete an activity synced from a third-party device, you can download the original file from that service and manually import it here.
