New Member here. Martial Artist looking to continue fitness journey

Hello Strava.

I'm new to this app as I've looked for a different solution to track my caloric output during training sessions. I had heard that this was a good option for many sports and activities that I do for cross training (running, weightlifting, walking, yoga and HIIT) that support my Martial Arts practice. I had been using my Apple Watch to track calories but it is too big and dangerous to use while sparring and jiujitsu grappling so I moved to a Coros tracker in conjunction with Strava.

I'm currently a black belt in mixed martial arts based in tae kwon do, brazilian jiujitsu, kickboxing and western boxing. 

Looking forward to interacting with Strava!
