How can we avoid aving club's memebers activities posted automatically on the post section in our club?

We would like to keep the post feed dedicated to the general activites we want to promote.

Thanks in advance for the support!

Thanks for the question, @Kask_admin. Clubs on the Strava website and the mobile app have an activity feed and a post feed, and on the mobile app, there's an additional feed on Club Details Pages that currently only shows posts. In the app, this last feed is the default view when anyone first visits a club. I assume you are referencing the activity feed since that is the only place where members' activities will appear automatically. Club admins can hide the activity feed through the mobile app, by pressing the gear icon on their club's details page to open the Club's Settings menu and toggling off the "Show activity feed" setting. This will completely hide the activity feed from all members' views.

Additionally, the Permissions section on this menu has options for admins to allow all members to create posts or only club admins. You can allow only admins to create posts in this case. When viewing an activity you wish to share with your club, as an admin, you can use the share button on the activity in the mobile app, either from the Home feed or from the activity's details screen, and post the activity to your club with a custom message. These posts will preview the shared activities and appear in the club's Posts and Club Details feeds. This is the best way for club admins to curate the activities shared with their club members; routes and club events can also be shared in this way.

Please note that an activity's visibility setting will impact who can view that activity. If an activity is visible to followers only, then only club members who follow the activity owner can view the preview in the post. Consider coordinating with the owners of activities you wish to share to avoid surprises and ensure all members can view the activities you share with your club.
