I want to delete the primary photo associated with a Strava activity so that I can replace it with an updated version of it.
I do not see any DELETE endpoints in the Strava API docs at the moment.
How can I achieve this using the available Strava endpoints?

Our API does not support the deletion of media. You can remove media from an activity via our mobile app or website.
Is there a way to at least update photos via a PUT for an activity?
