I like having my activity distance in the activity title. I just noticed it has now been removed from my activities. For example:
My entered title: 2.2k - Easy Neighborhood Run
Strava changed to: - Easy Neighborhood Run
If I enter as "2.2 - Easy Neighborhood Run" it does not get changed.

Discovered Strava can't handle decimal points in ride titles and descriptions! It strips out the full number. Hence, the spacing in "22 . 9K feet". If I didn't add the spacing, it would read "Previous highest for any year was feet" and is missing the number before "feet". Can also use an underscore or low line like 22_9K. Definitely happens on mobile and the My Activities screen. Seems to be okay in PC browser but sometimes reverts to missing the number too.

Hello there...
Yesterday the Strava removed from almost all (?) my recent running activities the prefix I had to categorize them. I was naming them as MT.xx - RunName were MT stands for Marathon Training the .xx stand for the activity (aka number .45) and then the RunName what was the activity - Long Run. Been using this format for months now and yesterday it removed the MT.xx before the - mark and I cannot add it again or change it with MT.xx:
The fun fact is that they still remaine searchable with the MT. as the search option...
Thanks a lot...

It's because the appearing of dots leads to misinterpretating normal texts as URL, they are investigating this bug: https://communityhub.strava.com/t5/campfire-chat/investigating-unable-to-add-links-urls-to-posts-url...
The real titles are still there (so no mass change has happend), but currently they aren't displayed.

ThanX a lot for your response. 🙏

This is WILDLY poor development practice. Cant even handle basic regex to identify actual working URL??
At first I thought it was a mistake. Someone puts a domain suffix inadvertently and creates a “URL” like seattlerides.cc to indicate it was a cycling club ride. Ok. .cc is a domain suffix, I get it.
But removing distances that contain a “.”? 26.2 isn’t a URL.
It’s like they let a freshman computer science intern implement this regex. “Any time a dot appears without a space on both sides, kill it. It MUST be a suspicious link!” Is truly insane.
They could get more nuanced and only look for valid suffixes, and/or take it even further and only ban links to truly suspicious sites or domains.
If all links are banned from Strava forever I am moving everything to ridewithGPS, forever.
This is insanity.

On PC at the Strava web:
I see whole text right of my activity "Swim 3.4km on Lake" .
But in the lists of activities I see: "Swim on the Lake" so it's wrong.
In mobile android app Strava i see wrong both, list of activities and equal on the exact activity text without '3.4km' 😞
It's bug. If I edit "3.4km" string to "3.4 km" by giving space then it's visible. Or if I edit string by replacing dot to coma, is visible too: "3,4km".
It looks that strava has bug with displaying any of special formats of text. F.e. number with point "X.Y" piped with "km" string. It's insane.

I am seeing this in the description field as well.
