Add the year to Training Log date headings on mobile app

Idea: Add the year to the date headings on the Training Log, so instead of "JUL 17 - 23" it says "JUL 17 - 23, 2023".

Currently, the only way to know what year you're looking at on mobile is to click into an activity and then go back.
