Better Reciepts

Quick backstory:

Here in Sweden we have a system called friskvårdsbidrag (wellness subsidy) , an elective system where companies can hand out up to 5000sek (500usd) to its employees for exercise and health related services. For this however a receipt is needed, and a legal one.

Idea suggestion:

Add legal requirements to strava receipts:

Today Strava receipts (that can be found under your profile settings - My account - Membership and then Resend last receipt / resend all receipts) include:

• Name
• Email
• Date
• Payment method
• Retailer
• Items purchased
• Payment total

For a receipt to be considered legal in Sweden/europe further items must also be included:

• VAT total (often with VAT rate)
• Tax number

I also want this!
I experienced the same issue when trying to apply my Strava subscription purchase as "wealth and wellness allowance" a.k.a. "friskvårdsbidrag" in Sweden.

A even better solution?:
Become an integrated partner with Benify which is a global market-leading platform for employee benefits.

We understand this might be a disappointment and we will share this feedback with our team. We apologize for the inconvenience.Subscriptions purchases through the Strava website will include VAT information towards the bottom of the receipt (if purchase is applicable).

Subscription purchases through Apple, Google Play, PayPal, will need to be retrieved through it's separate platform. If you need assistance with retrieving a receipt for these purchases, please reach out to Apple, Google Play, or PayPal.Thank you for your understanding

Same issue here. Would be nice to have it directly in the app or in Google Play store.

Thanks for posting. If you're willing to submit a support ticket, an agent from our Community Management team would be able to generate an invoice for you. In the ticket, please make sure to mention that you need an invoice that includes a VAT.
