I started a strava account years ago. But since then I no longer have access to that email and I can’t remember my strava password. I just use my face id to log in. I have bought a running watch but I can’t get it to sync to strava causes emails are different. I have sent multiple emails with no response back.
How do update my email without knowing the password? I have a strava subscription. Please someone help me!!!

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to support these types of requests through our Community Hub. I see you submitted a support ticket, #2970717; this was replied to on July 19 by our support team. Please check your spam folder for this email.
If you do not have access to that email account, please send an email to support@strava.zendesk.com using your active email address so that you can receive the replies. In the subject, please add "Followup to ticket #2970717," this way it will be routed back to agent that first responded to your email.
