Hi, new to forum but been using the App for a while.
Always use with setting in miles, until today app reads distance in miles during an activity and saves and displays in miles.
Today it's showing distance travelled in km during the activity but when saved reads in miles like before.
Have toggled the option for miles or km on and off a couple of times, no difference to the result.
I'm just using the app standalone not linked to any other devices.
Any suggestions for a fix welcome.

Thanks for your post and sorry for any issues you are having. To troubleshoot this situation, please go ahead and delete the Strava application from your phone. Power your device off for 10 seconds, turn your phone back on and reinstall the Strava application. You will not lose any data if you do this since all data is stored on the Strava servers.

It just disappeared about a day later, so not resolved it just went away.
